"Anyone who has been involved in the production of a MOOCs course knows that a course needs a strong support team. A good course team is an important back-up for the design, planning and development of MOOCs, so from the very beginning of the project, the university always organised the course team before soliciting courses. The President of the University has even called on teachers to take an active part in the production of the courses at major meetings within the University.

The Vice President of Beijing Medical University has been promoting and filming MOOCs for years, and according to Wan, "The most important purpose of producing MOOCs is branding and building a reputation. Branding is the main axis of the development of MOOCs at Beihang, and we hope to present the school's special courses, micro-courses and medical research findings in MOOCs, to promote the courses to the public, and to support the learning of teachers and students within Beihang. Currently, there are two MOOCs in the New Southward Orientation series, both of which have been selected through a selection process. The university has set up a team to review all MOOCs (including course content and materials design) and propose them on a faculty-by-faculty basis, suggesting that faculties base their proposals on their existing New Southbound cooperation projects and then select them based on their level of cooperation with Southeast Asian countries. The new Southbound project proposed a series of courses to be offered mainly by the School of Medicine of the North Medical College, on the one hand because the School of Medicine already has experience in working with some Southeast Asian countries, and on the other hand because the School already has a foundation in teaching development, and the selected courses will have a dedicated team to assist in the development and dissemination of the curriculum.

The highlight of the 2017 summer is the "Little 'Magic' Teacher Seed Camp", which not only allows the TV crew to directly lead children to experience "what schools don't teach", but also allows participants to experience the difference between self-produced teaching videos and teaching, and in the process of transformation, to understand the true meaning of learning and become a real "teacher".
